We are happy to announce that FOUR more families in The Tricycle Collective are officially deed-holding homeowners!

Each of these families was unable to participate in the auction on their own or partner with the United Community Housing Coalition and they would have lost their homes if it weren’t for an anonymous donor who generously agreed to buy the homes at auction and sell them back to the residents AT COST. It was a gamble that required an incredible amount of trust on all sides and it is a truly wonderful feeling now that it’s paid off.

A HUGE Congratulations to Shakiya & Warren, Alex & Cassandra, Ray and Rayshowna, and Tiffany for becoming first time homeowners. OFFICIALLY! It’s a beautiful thing.
