$5,000 Milestone!

Big news! We have reached the $5,000 milestone in our fundraiser this year. With a goal as big as ours, it’s easy to get caught up in how far we have to go. But, it’s also incredibly important to recognize the context. When we started two years ago, our overall goal was $5,000. We raised slightly more than that and were able to donate $500 to 11 families- 9 of which became homeowners through the auction. That work was enough to change the lives of those of us who do this work as well as the lives of those who benefitted. Thank you to all contributors, past, present and future, for continuing to show your support to our not-so-humble dreams of keeping Detroit at home!
